the statehouse of the republic of Uganda has today launched it’s strategic development plan, client charter and service delivery standards system at Sheraton hotel Kampala.

the launch focused on re-affirming the institutions commitment to excellence, transparency and a citizen centered service delivery.

launching the document on behalf of the minister for presidency, hon Santa SandraAlum Ogwang said they will guide on the implementation of good priorities and the national development plan (NDP IV ) and the 2026-31 nrm manifesto.

“the strategic document will strengthen the institutions performance and enhance support to the president in the execution of his constitutional mandate.” said Sandra alum

The statehouse comptroller madam Jane barekye said the document will strengthen the institution’s performance and urged the staff to transform their commitments into measurable outcomes through effective implementation

the head of human resources management at statehouse Mr Benon twinobusingye described the launch as a significant milestone into the development saying that the document provides a clear roadmap for achieving the statehouse strategic objectives while enhancing support to the president
