Kyankwanzi, Uganda: Commissioner for Ideological Orientation and Patriotism, Hellen Seku, has been widely commended for her exceptional leadership in overseeing the rehabilitation and reintegration of Ugandan returnees at the National Leadership Institute (NALI) Kyankwanzi.
